Radiant Glowing Skin

Radiant skin is something every girl dreams of.
The first step to this is healthy eating (Yeah I know). Oily fish (e.g. tuna, salmon, ect.) are really good for your skin. They'll protect your body from tings like diabetes and heart attacks, and as an added bonus give you beautiful skin and shiny, silky hair.

We all know how good water is for us, and our skin, fluching toxins and waste from our bodies. But sometimes it's hard to drink 8 glasses a day, especially whne at school or work. Just take a bottle of water with you everywhere and sip it. You'll be surprised at how many times you'll have to re-fill the bottle. In fact, go get a big glass of cold hydrating water right now, then come back and finishing reading.

Exfoliating with a gentle exfoliating scrub twice a week will insure an even complection. You can easy buy a tub at your local supermarket or make your own (which I find nicer, cheaper, and easier). There are recipes on this blog, you don't have to follow them exactly, make your own variations, find out what's best for your skin.

Mosturiser is very important. Moisturse after every bath/shower, when you hop out the pool, before you go to bed, and every morning. Water and soap, sun, wind, make- up chlorine, chemicals, rain, air-conditioning, heating, and car emissions can all be very drying.
