Homemade Cleanser…

Oatmeal Buttermilk Cleanser

½ cup boiling water

3 chamomile tea bags

1 cup finely ground rolled oats

1 cup buttermilk

Pour boiling water over the tea bags in a heatproof bowl and leave to cool. Discard the tea bags after squeezing them over the bowl. Add the oats and buttermilk to the tea, mix well and leave to thicken.

Store the cleanser in a sealed container in the fridge for up to three days.

You’ll need: 2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of almound oil
2 vitamin E capsules

How to make it:
Pierce vitamin capsules, squeeze the oil in to a cup, add olive oil and almound, and mix well. Pour in to a bottle and apply after a shower or bath.

Cleansing, Toneing & Moisturising

We all know how important skin care is. Cleansing helps remove impurities and dirt from the skins surface. Leaving the skin clean, fresh, and able to breathe, which reduces pimples and premature aging.

Toning removes any soap residue left over by the cleanser and opens the pores, so your skin can soak up the moisturizer.

Looking at the shelves of the skin care products at your supermarket maybe daunting, not knowing which ones to choose.

First you need to know which skin type you are.:

Dry skin

Oily skin

Combination skin

Sensitive skin

This website will help with that:
